Annual 85-mile race was scheduled for today
Today would have been the annual Parish Walk, had the event not been cancelled due to coronavirus.
The race was called off in March amid fears about the Covid-19 outbreak.
Organisers have been urging walkers not to take to the course even though social distancing restrictions have been lifted.
Race director Raymond Cox says anyone going for a walk needs to be aware of safety risks:
Southern 100 planning to run classic sidecars for 2026
Glover - Southern 100 sidecar suspension felt 'completely inevitable'
Southern 100 sidecar exclusion 'absolutely devastating'
