The Team Manager of Columbia-H.T.C. says Manx cyclist Mark Cavendish will go on to be one of the greatest stars the sport has ever seen.
Rolf Aldag has also confirmed to Manx Radio that Cav will have the team's full support to try and win the Green Jersey at next year's Tour de France.
Aldag is a former professional cyclist who helped Erik Zabel take the sprinters prize at the Tour de France.
He says Cav is doing an amazing job, especially as he is only just starting his career:-
