Ted triumphs in DTL

Kermeen and Oates win Ayre competitions

Ted Kermeen won the sixth and final round of Ayre Clay Target Club’s Down the Line league yesterday (Sunday).

He finished clear of Dave Corlett and Phil Ward in the Chrystals Estate Agents sponsored competition.

Ward topped A class and Jordan Dougherty C class.

Kevin Oates won the Jewsons’ sponsored Double Trap competition, scoring 46/60. Jake Keeling was  second on 44.

Results of the Chrystals Estate Agents 50 target DTL League:

A Class: 1, Phil Ward 46/134; 2, Mark Riley 46/132.

B Class: 1, Ted Kermeen 47/139; 2, Dave Corlett 46/135; 3, Bob Wright 45/131.

C Class: 1, Jordan Dougherty 35/100; 2, Lynn MacLeod 34/97.

This week at Blue Point there are three competitions: the sixth and final rounds of the 50 Olympic Trap and 50 Olympic Skeet leagues, sponsored by Absolute Scaffolding Limited, and 50 Sportrap.

Entries for all three close at 10.15am.
