The Cue Zone IOM is opening after Covid-19 delay

Manx Radio went for a sneak preview before launch

The Island's first state-of-the-art, dedicated cue sports facility is opening its doors this evening, after a lengthy delay.

The Cue Zone IOM - based on the Ronaldsway Industrial Estate - had planned to welcome 2015 World Snooker Champion Stuart Bingham as the guest of honour to a launch on Good Friday.

You can hear all about the plans for the venue in an episode of Perspective from December last year.

It's being run by former world number 75 and World Snooker Rookie of the Year, Darryl Hill.
