Hopes to bring in new super-sprint event next year
Dates for some of the Isle of Man's key traithlon events for 2024 have now been announced.
Manx Tri Club has confirmed numerous competitions for the domestic calendar next year which will also include a new event later in 2024.
The triathlon season is due to begin on 13 April, 2024 with the Junior Triathlon with the Sprint Triathlon penned in just under a month later on 12 May.
Following that on 16 June is the Manx Middle Distance competition with the annual Triathlon Championships scheduled for 8 September.
Meanwhile, Manx Tri Club is planning to introduce a new contest to be known as the Super-Sprint Event, the final format of which remains under discussion.
Dates have now also been confirmed for the Super-Sprint Relays and Aquathlon next summer - they will be held on 21 July.
