It came in the 25 metre Snowshoe races and is the third gold the Isle of Man Special Olympics team has won this week.
Karl Moynihan claimed silver in his Snowshoe final, Paul Clucas just missed out in fourth and Nicky Wright came 7th.
And more good news - the Manx Floor Hockey squad are guaranteed a medal as they are through to the final after a 7-3 win over Austria, their ninth straight success.
Daniel Kelly scored a hat-trick with the other goals coming from Andrew Richardson, Gareth Cowin, Mark Henry and Lawrence Dyer.
