Two seconds for Knighter in Argentina

David Knight had to settle for a pair of second-placed finishes in the latest round of the FIM World Enduro Championship at the weekend.

His KTM team mate Christophe Nambotin once again dominated the E3 class, picking up two victories as the championship's South American sojourn came to an end.

Round one took place in Chile last weekend, this weekend's in Argentina.

Tweeting after yesterday's action, Knighter seemed happy with his performances, "Another good solid day, struggled on last lap, had problem with rear shock so glad to get second! Solid points haul!"

In the juniors Daniel McCanney managed a fourth and fifth as he continues to find his feet in what is his first season at this level.

Alex Rockwell, also in his debut WEC season, finished 13th and 10th.

The championships takes a break for just over a month now.

Round three takes place in Munitibar in the Basque Country, northern Spain, on May 5 and 6.
