The second stage of cycling's Tour of Britain was cancelled today (Monday), because of the danger posed by high high wonds.
The second leg of the competition was due to run from Kendal in Cumbria to Blackpool.
Mark Cavendish currently leads the event after winning yesterday's opening stage.
