Vagabonds’ second team made it back to back wins in the Shimmin Wilson Manx Trophy with a 26-10 win away at Western Vikings to go clear at the top of the standings.
Vagas led just 5-3 at half-time with the Vikings forwards causing them no end of problems and a Tony Grundy penalty keeping the home team in the hunt.
In the second half, however, Vagas took control and took maximum points despite a one man effort from Grundy who added a try and a conversion to his first half penalty.
