James Clarke to be honoured at clubhouse event
Vagabonds are holding an event tomorrow evening to remember their captain, James Clarke, who passed away recently.
He died earlier this month (12 June), following a short battle with cancer.
Tributes have described the South African as a 'warrior' on the pitch, but a great friend and real gentleman off it.
The club says the gathering will celebrate his life and enable his former teammates to say their farewells, adding that there will be a book of remembrance.
It starts at 5pm at Vagabonds' clubhouse at Ballafletcher and everyone is welcome to attend.
