Vagabonds picked up a very useful bonus point win away at Moore in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Two.
After trailing 15-14 at half-time, they turned on the style in the second half to run away with the game, emerging 49-22 winners.
Tom Gascoyne was the star for Vagas picking up a hat-trick of tries.
There were also tries from Lee Brooks, Ryan Windell, Leigh Kennaugh and Ross McCulloch.
Kennaugh more than made up for the absent Jonny Beckley with a 100 per cent record, kicking seven conversions out of seven.
Ramsey also picked up a bonus point win when they beat Southport 31-18 at Mooragh Park.
Ramsey led 19-3 at the break and survived a second half comeback from the visitors.
Ramsey’s tries came from Max Singer, Lance Wyllie, Fintan Cummins, Ali Trace and Ryan Williamson. Cummins also kicked three conversions.
Douglas’ winning streak came to a abrupt end away at Ruskin Park where they went down 36-16.
There was good news for Douglas, however, when leaders Crewe & Nantwich lost heavily at Oswestry and chasing Southport losing too.
As a result, Douglas only drop one place in the standings and now hold onto third.
