Engineering student has option to continue project

A mechanical engineering student from the Isle of Man would consider returning to the Island for work after taking part in a Government-run work scheme.

Breesha Foxton was named Most Enterprising Student for her Onchan street lighting review as part of this year's STEP Programme.

The Department for Enterprise runs the initiative to give undergraduates a chance to work on projects with local organisations during their summer holidays.

She now has the option to work with Onchan District Commissioners in the future.
