Remembering former racer and Course Clerk Jack Wood
A legacy lap of the TT course will take place today (Sunday 25 August) in memory of a road racing stalwart.
Jack Wood competed at the TT, Manx Grand Prix and Southern 100 in the 1950s.
After hanging up his leathers, he worked as clerk of the Mountain Course and deputy clerk of the Billown circuit.
Those taking part in today's legacy lap will meet at the Grandstand at 9:30am.
