Red flag halts Wednesday TT practice

Session stopped shortly after 8pm (1 June)

Tonight's TT practice session has been halted due to a red flag.

The session was stopped at 8.09pm due to an incident at Ballagarey - six minutes before the superbike, superstock and supersport section was due to conclude.

As a result, the second sidecar session of the evening, which was scheduled to start at 8.15pm, has now been cancelled.

Roads around the Snaefell Mountain Course are now starting to re-open - police are present at Ballagarey but the road there will re-open as normal.
