Tops first Superbike qualifying session
Davey Todd topped today’s Superbike class in the first qualifying session of the 2022 Isle of Man TT Races.
He recorded a speed of 127.492mph ahead of Dean Harrison and John McGuinness.
Peter Hickman posted the third quickest lap of the afternoon at 126.49mph to lead the way in the Superstock category with Michael Dunlop fastest in the Supersport class.
Jamie Coward was the pacesetter in the Supertwin division at 117.573mph.
Newcomer Glenn Irwin lapped at 122.616mph on his Superstock Fireblade for his first session on the Mountain Course.
In the sidecars newcomer Harry Payne, with Mark Wilkes in the chair, recorded a 110.364mph lap.
