Late Lunch listen again: Live from the Cook Shack

We were live from the wonderful Cook Shack in Bride again today, with our host Georgie Revill and special guest Joanne Posey.

Georgie cooked up both a sweet and savoury dish for us - first, she showed us how to make the quick, simple and decadent  'fancy croissant pudding' - which Beth dubbed the 'Shack-a-Caine' to commemorate Manx novelist Hall Caine's birthday today...

We then chatted with the lovely Joanne, to find out all about her Life Lessons Nutrition business, where she puts her nutritionist qualifications to great use teaching young and old alike, from homebodies to families to corporates, all about food and the good it can do for our bodies and minds when we get the balance right. 

Then Georgie showed us how to make some fabulously colourful and super healthy rice wraps, again using loads of locally sourced ingredients.
