Our panel will include:
Sue Wilson, Nurse and Long Term Conditions Co-ordinator at Community Health Centre;
Rosie McCaffrey, former manager at Community Mental Health Service and is now one of the Project Leads for the Western Integrated Care Project (Western Wellbeing Partnership)
Steve Herron, a paramedic who is a link person for end of life care is also a member of the DNACPR* policy group.
Manx Radio's Judith Ley, will also be joining us to share her story and End of Life Events.
