DID YOU KNOW ?

‘THOUGHT FOR THE DAY’ BROADCAST MONDAY - FRIDAY  ON MANX RADIO

IS NOW AVAILABLE AS A WEEKLY PODCAST ?

‘THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK’  is a combination of 5 daily thoughts - all in one handy podcast! Why not give it a try?

ON PRAISE TODAY - 24 NOVEMBER

I talk with Reverend Ken Benjamin, President of Baptists Together (also known as the Baptist Union of Great Britain) who’s visiting the Island this weekend - ‘Where do we grow from here?’ is the question he’s asking ….he is currently senior minister of Chichester Baptist Church, a position he’s held for the last 23 years but next year Ken and his wife will leave Chichester, as Ken takes up a new appointment with the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity…

and Louise Whitelegg, well known as our local Christian Aid rep, is wearing a different hat today - joining me to talk about putting the Isle of Man into a world-wide craft project.  If you’d like to join in too, the venue is Union Mills Methodist Church on Saturday 30th November from 11am to 3pm. Drop in any time - there’ll be craft items for you to use, and a series of short talks around 1pm. Bring and Share lunch - all welcome
