Hospice Isle of Man's financial reserves have dropped by more than half in the past three years due to Covid-19 and surges in running costs.

Anne Mills - the outgoing chief executive, who's due to retire to spend more time with her family - appealed for donations and 'certainty' to their annual financial position from residents and government.

The organisation costs approximately £5.5million to run each year but only receives £900,000 in government funding.
