University College has a huge number of Higher Education courses, from cookery to ceramics, gardening to astronomy. And last week, there was a very special occasion at the Homefield Road building, which highlighted not only the diversity of classes and students, but also the importance of these courses to the community. Christy went to find out more- and ended up coming away with rather a lot of cake...
