We want to reassure our valued customers and service users that we are operating as usual with the following additional guidelines being implemented:

We ARE able to visit homes if the person is classed as “Social Distancing”. Additional precautions are in place to minimise contact and risk for both customer and employees.

We are currently NOT able to visit a premises if occupants are in “self-isolation”. We are in discussion with the appropriate government bodies to establish what can be done in circumstances where an appliance repair is a necessity.

We will be doing our utmost to ensure continuity of service whilst ensuring the safety of our team and the wider community.
