Tha Manx Transport Heritage Museum presents an illustrated lecture, in which Leeds railway historian Bill Jagger proves that you don't give the job of designing the longest bridge in the world to an insignificant engineer, and poses the question: "Was the designer of the ill-fated Tay Bridge. a villain? a hero? or just a victim of bad PR?"
