A year ago, three-year-old Aedan Klieve's health was deteriorating as he awaited a life-saving kidney transplant.
Legislation that would switch the current rules to an 'opt-out' system, known as 'Daniel's Law', is yet to come into effect, and no date has been set for its implementation.
