
Isle of Man based OPG Power Ventures plc, which is doing business in India's power generation market, has marked its listing on the Alternative Investment Market.
The company is part of the OPG Power Group, established in January in the Isle of Man.
The listing of the firm's ordinary shares raised £63.8 million giving the company market capitalisation of £172.2 million.
The proceeds of the public offering will be used to fund the construction of a further four power plants adding to the two plants already in operation.
