Cable & Wireless has been highly commended in the category for Best Customer Care at the World Communication Awards ceremony which took place at the London Hilton last night.
CH2M Hill, the company which managed the Cable & Wireless network rollout in the Isle of Man was also highly commended in the category for Best Project Management, in relation to its work with Cable & Wireless.
Commercial Director for Cable & Wireless in the Isle of Man, Simon Last-Sutton said: 'CH2M did an excellent job managing the rollout of our network and we are delighted that this has been recognised internationally in the telecoms sector.'
