Boal & Co has appointed its first representative based in the Far East
Trevor Smith, who is based in Hong Kong, has been appointed to the new position of Regional Director, Asia, and will represent Boal & Co’s activities in all key markets throughout the Far East.
He was previously Chief Distribution Officer for Standard Life (Asia).
Mr Smith reports to managing director Gary Boal and takes up his post with immediate effect.
Managing Director of Boal and Co., Gary Boal, says that it's "something of a coup" that they have been able to entice Trevor to join them in a position which could be tailor-made for him.
In response, Trevor Smith says he's looking forward to working closely with financial advisers in the region to meet their clients’ Qrops and other pension needs, and to help grow their businesses.
