Venture to boost industry's reputation abroad
The Island's unqiue food and drink could be set to gain global recognition thanks to a new book.
The Island Kitchen showcases signature Manx dishes and covers a range of notable eateries.
Lily Publications is working closely with two government departments to help promote the book in the UK and boost the reputation of Island food and drink producers.
Peter McEvoy from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says the book is a great advert for what is grown, brewed and produced here - along with Manx cuisine:
