Initiative started by helping care home residents
The branches of the Tynwald Mills 'gift of giving' tree, aiming to surprise care home residents this Christmas, have grown.
It's now looking to help children's charities after the fast success of the first scheme.
The tree is in the shopping complex's foyer; the idea is for people to take a tag, with a name and a gift idea, and to go and buy and then bring it back.
The team at Tynwald Mills are then to sanitise, wrap and deliver all the gifts in time for Christmas Day.
So far care homes from across the Island have taken part, and now St Christopher's and Motiv8 are also become recipients of the Manx community's generosity.
None of the gifts cost more than £10.
If you'd like some support this Christmas, you're asked to email your name and contact number to events@tynwaldmills.com.
