
With reports of sliding property prices across the water, the Isle of Man Junior Chamber of Commerce has been given a completely different picture, that of a buoyant Manx market.
Speaking to the chamber at the Sefton Hotel were Nick Cooper and Mark Grace (pictured) of Black Grace Cowley.
On the commercial side, Mr Grace is forecasting a significant rise in office rents over the next few years, with a shortage of major office space now apparent after the building boom some years ago (audio file attached):
