The Financial Supervision Commission has published the comments it received on the Regulated Activities Order and Exemption Regulations.
In addition, the Commission has published the entire Financial Services Rule Book including the Anti-money Laundering and Terrorism provisions.
In the rulebook are interpretations of the regulations inside, which the FSC says has never been out to consultation before.
As a result, the Commission is now inviting comments but says the window for doing so will be a short one, lasting only until May 6.
The Rule Book and the Interpretation Schedule are both available from the FSC’s website, fsc.gov.im
