Annual event next week
A mass networking and advice event for young people and jobseekers is taking shape.
The annual Employment and Skills fair, which takes place at the Villa Marina, is set for next Thursday, 10 November.
It brings together representatives from almost every sector of the Manx economy to dispense words of wisdom about work - last year over 1,000 attended the one-day expo.
It's being organised by the Department of Economic Development and the Department of Education and Children, with the support of numerous Island businesses.
The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which has a stall at this year's event, says all visitors will gain 'valuable advice and guidance on enhancing their careers'.
