A company which recently turned down an offer on BBC2's Dragons' Den is relocating to the Isle of Man.
Germ Warfare, which is based in Skelmersdale, was offered a one hundred thousand pound investment from James Caan.
It's products can kill harmful bacteria including C-difficile and Swine Flu.
