Capital Treasury Services has been granted a licence by the Financial Supervision Commission for its payment services business.
The firm has launched its Internet Payment and Cash Management Service, a business-to-business offering.

In particular, he says CTS will be able to offer more to trusts and corporate service providers as well as the eGaming industry.
