There's mixed news for gas customers in the Isle of Man.
Manx Gas is to slash its prices for piped natural gas by 8.2 per cent, from October 1.
The company says it will mean domestic central heating users will save £100 a year on their heating bills.
But the news for the one third of Manx Gas customers who use LPG isn't so good.
Manx Gas says the instability of oil prices and high wholesale prices will mean a rise of 15.1 per cent from the same date.
