Colas Isle of Man Group is celebrating after winning a Silver Award from Investors in People, three years after achieving Bronze status.
Colas was first assessed in 2006 and the Silver Award was given after an assessor interviewed 27 of the 65-strong workforce in March.
The assessor praised the ‘very positive atmosphere’ within the firm, singling out the management team for leading and motivating staff.
Colas Isle of Man Group Managing Director Steph Lowe says the entire workforce can feel proud of achieving the award.
