Move follows resignation of Chris Allen
The Cabinet Office is in the process of advertising for two lay members to join the board of Manx Utilities.
The changes are taking place as a result of Chris Allen announcing his intention to resign with effect from the end of May.
He says his circumstances at work have changed, requiring more time away from the Island, so he felt it appropriate to stand down.
