Treasury Minister Allan Bell has defended the decision to allow free use of the Manx government's London office.
When the facility was first opened in 2005 a rental charge of £500 a year was made, but the fee was later dropped.
Mr Bell told Tynwald 55 companies were registered to use the facility and the Isle of Man presence in London had proved to be well worth its annual cost of £132,000.
