Port Erin shop honoured
A shop owner from Port Erin has been hobnobbing with senior UK politicians as part of a small business event.
Chris Beards of Mantons Cards in Port Erin was one of a hundred British businesses invited to a special event at the Treasury in London.
The event, on Friday marked the UK’s third Small Business Saturday.
Chris also took part in a special small business Christmas Fair attended by the Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne.
