Student NASA placement to be won
ManSat is offering sixth-form pupils in the Isle of Man the chance to win a scholarship with NASA.
Entrants are required to write three short essays and the competition is open to Year 12 students in each of the Island's high schools.
Two winners will be chosen to attend the NASA United Space School in Houston, Texas.
Tuition, travel and accommodation all covered as part of the prize.
The winners of the 2016 scholarships were Rose ten Donkelaar from Ramsey Grammar School and Castle Rushen High School student Laurence Couch.
Closing date for entries is Thursday 12 January with more details of the competition, which has been running since 2000, available at ManSat.org
