
The Isle of Man Ship Registry has reached a milestone.
It now has 1,000 vessels on the list with the addition of an anchor handling supply ship.
The register is in it's 25th year, having been in operation since September 1984.
Dick Welsh is the director of the Isle of Man Ship Registry and says it's very encouraging and hopes the Island can continue to be promoted worldwide:
