Jo Durbar appointed social media marketing assistant
The Sefton Group has appointed Joanne Durber as its new social media marketing assistant.
Born and raised in the Isle of Man, Ms Durber is a University of Chester English Literature graduate.
She has worked for one of the island’s leading legal practices as website project co-ordinator during which time she received a STEP award.
While studying on the Ella Olesen scholarship at the University of Idaho she also spent time as a radio reporter and contributed to a number of publications both there and in the Isle of Man.
Of her appointment, she says, "The Sefton Group is a forward-looking, diverse operation and social media is an integral element for promoting the group’s distinct brands and connecting instantly with the customer.
"I am delighted to have been given this opportunity to contribute to what is an extremely dynamic marketing team."
