A former chief minister of the Isle of Man has joined the new-look Manx Telecom board as chairman.
Sir Miles Walker has taken over from Walter Gilbey, who stepped down after the recent takeover.
CPS Partners and HgCapital announced they had bought Manx Telecom from Spanish telecoms giant Telefonica in June.
MT's new owners are represented by Alex King and Joachim Drees from HgCapital and Simon Cunningham and Roy Polley from CPS Partners.
New members of the board also include Simon Cain, a partner at law firm Appleby, and Manx Telecom's director of finance Mike Dee.
