
The search for a company or individual to develop a five star hotel and casino complex in the Isle of Man is under way.
A second casino licence was announced by the Council of Ministers in September, and this week a glossy document outlining further details has been issued.
It's aimed at firms worldwide, with a track record in financing and operating casino and leisure resorts.
So far there have been a number of promising inquiries from companies asking for further information.
