James Porter has been appointed to the Knox House Trust Board of Directors.
He joined the Douglas-based corporate service provider in 2015 and was charged with developing and expanding its yachting and aviation services.
He has been appointed business development director and will now work alongside Anthony Page, who was recently appointed as the firm's managing director.
Mr Porter has recently returned from the Corporate Jet Investor event, which took place in London at the end of January.
Leaders from within the business jet sector gathered for two days of debate and networking in relation to the latest issues and challenges facing the industry today.
He also plans to travel to the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva in May, followed by Monaco Yacht Show in September.
