
Economic Development Minister Allan Bell is hoping a new business incubator in the heart of Douglas will be an invaluable asset.
It's housed in the old Post Office building in Circular Road, which has undergone a major refurbishment.
New businesses will be able to take advantage of the facilities and advice available inside, encouraging entrepreneurs to start up.
