Sheila Lowe takes over from Dr Malcolm Couch

The verdict of Treasury Minister Eddie Teare, following the announcement Sheila Lowe is his department's new chief financial officer.
A qualified chartered accountant, she has held the position on an interim basis since last month and has a decade of experience working for the Manx government.
