
KPMG Isle of Man is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Cawley to the position of Manager within its tax department.
Having spent 5 years as both a VAT and Customs and International Trade Officer with Isle of Man Customs & Excise, Paul joined KPMG in March 2010 as a Senior Consultant with the company’s taxation department.
He has since become a highly valued member of the team, cultivating a broad knowledge of indirect tax matters and providing advisory services to a client portfolio, spanning the property, aviation, funds, financial services, gaming, international services and import/export industries.
Paul will be looking to further develop KPMG’s tax offerings including in particular KPMG’s ‘Gatew@y to the EU’, an initiative which provides trading companies with a tax efficient EU import solution from which to manage the entry of goods into the EU market place.
