Focus on optimising pension arrangements
New pensions freedoms in the Isle of Man have led a locally-based firm to branch out.
Zurich International has launched a Personal Pension Scheme, which aims to give employers and employees increased flexibility when it comes to pensions.
The scheme will allow group arrangements for firms, and individual plans for workers.
CEO for the company, Peter Huber, describes shortfalls in retirement saving as a 'key risk for all developed countries'.
Mr Huber says the launch of the new arrangements support the firms renewed focus on the customer and the local community.
