
Isle of Man-based Playtech says its total revenues jumped by more than fifty per cent last year, and could be set to take over one of Europe’s biggest online gambling firms.
Playtech says its total revenues rose by 53 per cent to €317.5m in 2012, with casino revenues up more than thirty per cent to €151.7m.
Chief executive Mor Weizer says later this month he’ll start talks with William Hill about a possible takeover of its online arm.
Playtech already owns 29 per cent of the operation.
