Nine staff achieve ILM qualifications
Nine employees at Old Mutual International Isle of Man have stregnthened their coaching and leadrship skills through the Institute of Leadership and Management.
The firm's Manager of the Europe Regional Servicing Team, Halina Holohan, recently secured a Level three certificate in Leadership and Management from the ILM.
While a further eight staff secured Level three certificates in Coaching and Mentoring.
The training programme aims to equip business leaders with the skills needed to deal with the responsibilities their roles require.
Managing Director Peter Kenny says the firms investment in training and professional development will benefit both employees and customers of the firm.
